1. Purchasing Assistant
Job Description (Some job duties will include but are not limited to)主要工作内容:
· Data entry. 数据资料登记
· Maintain various records, logs, and filing systems. 管理资料文件文档
· Maintain vendor information; add new vendors; update existing vendor information. 管理供应商信息
· Prepare purchase orders from requisitions and receipt purchase orders. 订单处理
· Special order processing. 特殊订单处理
· Quality control. 质量管理
· Product development. 产品开发
· Bilingual in Chinese is preferred. 会中英文
· Performs other duties as assigned. 其他工作

2. Import & Inventory Coordinator
Job Description (Some job duties will include but are not limited to)主要工作内容:
· Data entry. 数据资料登记
· Maintain various records, logs, and filing systems. 管理资料文件文档
· Maintain vendor information; add new vendors; update existing vendor information. 管理供应商信息
· Prepare purchase orders from requisitions and receipt purchase orders. 订单处理
· Inventory control 库存管理
· Custom Document Processing 报关
· Ocean freight control 海运管理
· Container Schedule List 货柜处理
· Truck control. 卡车调派管理
· Vendor payment control 付款
· Bilingual in Chinese is preferred. 会中英文
· Performs other duties as assigned. 其他工作

3. Digital Content Creator
Digital Content Creator Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
Creating engaging social media content and
managing content from concept to publishing
Developing shoot concepts, mood boards and shot
lists for each new collection
Assisting with product photography editing and
catalog development
Updating website with well-written blog posts
and trend highlights
Developing email marketing blasts and trend line
sheets to customers
Supporting the development of our influencer
program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong interest in fashion, women’s shoes, and
social media
A positive attitude and a scrappy spirit that
thrives on a fast-paced environment
A strong multi-tasker that is also collaborative
and very detail oriented
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign), Shopify, MailChimp, and social media channels,
specifically, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Experience in concepting and producing
short-form video content.
