Responsibility
·         Review open invoices, open sales orders, open purchase orders. Guide and assist customer representatives with daily routine.
·          Assume all responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day e-commerce operations by effectively managing Associates
·         Work with warehouse team and e-commerce associates to execute the accurate processing of e-commerce orders
·         Dispute all the payment deduction
  
·         submit working hours for payroll processing  
·         Manages operation expenses, including freight expenses, and approves invoices/freight bills for payment.
·         Manages Accounts Payable, account receivable discrepancies promptly.
·         Assist accountant with quarterly financial statement/ profit and loss report  
   
·         Reviews warehouse procedures and ensures proper warehouse safety procedures are followed, and all outbound inbound shipments meet 100 % accuracy.  
·         Manages inventory controls stock-outs and reduces excessive inventory.
  
·         Consults with overseas vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.

   Requirements:
   Bachelor's degree preferred.
   3-5  years of operations experience in an industrial distribution or warehouse environment..
   Experience managing a team of 5  employees.
   Computer skills including MS Office and Inventory Management software.
   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
   Knowledge  of industrial product lines
