Responsibilities岗位职责
1. Reply to customer's consultation and questions with patience via e-mail, telephone and online customer service software. Handle customer's complaints and provide introductions of any relevant process.
以电子邮件、电话或者在线客服耐心回复客户的咨询与问题，受理客户的投诉，提供相关业务和流程的介绍；
2. Able to follow up own work and communicate with customers in time. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
能够及时跟进自己的工作并与客户进行沟通, 根据客户的需求和目标，及时成功地交付解决方案。
3. Build and foster relationships with customers. proactively analyze and respond to customer requests, complaints, and needs as well as issue escalations to improve customer satisfaction.
建立并培养与客户的关系，主动分析并响应客户的要求、投诉和需求，并根据相应问题进行升级优化以提升客户满意度。
4. Provide consultation on the development and improvement of clients marketing strategies via phone and email.
通过电话和电子邮件的方式就客户的营销策略制定和改进提供咨询。
5. Any other customer service issues about pre-sale, sale, after-sale.
其他售前售中售后等客户服务工作
6. Communicate clearly the progress of daily/weekly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through various channels.
通过各种渠道向内部和外部利益相关者清楚地传达每日/每周计划的进展和情况。
7. Finish other tasks assigned by leaders;
完成领导安排的其他各项任务；

Qualifications任职要求
1. Excellent listening, negotiation skills with demonstration ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
具有优秀的倾听和谈判技巧，在组织的各个层面进行可靠有效的沟通、展示和影响的能力。
2. Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese and English as well as writing and proofreading skills, with the use of proper grammar and verbiage.
具备较强的中英文沟通、写作和校对能力，正确地使用语法和修辞。
3. Good communication skills. Be able to respond flexibly and promptly and report problems in times of trouble
良好的沟通能力及反馈能力，遇事能够灵活应变并且及时反馈问题。
4. Ability of multi-tasking and problem solving, as well as think logically and creatively.
具备同时处理多任务能力和解决问题的能力，逻辑性与创造性思考能力。
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

6.Experience working directly with customers, logistics and internet industry preferred
有直接与客户合作的经验,物流仓储行业以及互联网行业客服经验优先
